TLW Ltd has beyond its base staff a strong technical expert team available with specialists commanding very high qualification and language skill. Involvement of this expert team in individual projects depends on the type of work and on the size of task to be done. Besides the expert team, a very wide network is maintained and operated by the company, consisting of qualified subcontractors who are capable of carrying out all types of building and construction work.

In case of bigger projects, TLW Ltd is capable of supervising and managing a headcount of 50-300 and 6-50 subcontractors.

In case of main contracting, scheduling of budget spendings and work milestones of the project implementation phases is done via using computer network planning tool. Thanks to the rigorous and disciplined approach applied in project controlling, the projects of TLW are in all cases completed on schedule and within budget limits without cost overruns and on time.
